Central Library, DRIEMS University Established in 1999, the Central Library has been a hub of knowledge and learning since the inception of DRIEMS University. Dr. Bibhu Prasad Panda, with an impressive span of 26 years dedicated to the field of Library and Information Science (L&IS), stands out for his substantial contributions both in academia and administrative domains. He holds an M.L.I.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. Throughout his career, Dr. Panda has significantly contributed to both academic and administrative aspects of library science, influencing the evolution of library services and education to meet contemporary demands. His work emphasizes the importance of digital integration and information management, making him a pivotal figure in the advancement of library and information science.
